Close Your Eyes

Close Your Eyes
Think of complete darkness. Nothing is visible.

A windows opens.

It’s bright! Light streams in but you can’t see outside. It’s a white blur.

Your eyes now start to wander the room.

A bloodied knife!

On a table; dead centre of the room.

The blood slowly drips off the table.

Drip, drip, drip, drip…

To whom does the knife belong?

Your eyes now rapidly search the room looking for its owner. You find no-one; but who came to open the window?

Wait. Where’s the knife?

Oh my god! The knife – it’s gone! But blood still remains.

A hand print!

Oh no. There has to be someone here but you see no-one.

Nothing…

But an empty room.

STAB.

“The knife is mine!”
